Online teachers needed to help us launch this amazing Private online education system. Covid-19 taught us that education does not have to occur inside a classroom with a physical teacher. But, it also taught us that content is critical for a successful outcome. We want to provide that content and make it fun so that the student actually learns something that will help them grow in life skills and gain useful knowledge.

How to do this has been a challenge. How can we produce a system and develop the logistics to make it available throughout the United States and the rest of the world. We have met the challenge and figured it out.

Use your experiences and your personality. You can reach more students than you ever imagined and earn what you’re worth while doing it.

How it works: Online Education Alternative

This unique program is designed to allow students a safer, more vibrant and exciting way to learn. Plus, you as the teacher, display your enjoyment of teaching by how you conduct your classes. Your students may come from all over the world. How much fun will that be! You’ll learn more about the world with your students.

You’ll have your own YouTube channel. On your YouTube channel, you introduce yourself, what grades and subjects you will be teaching as well as your own unique style and technique to teach those subjects. Although good, quality education is the desired result, we want excitement, uniqueness as well as enthusiasm in presenting your subject matter to the student. Remember, your ability to appeal to the potential student or parent determines your pay. The more attraction and appeal you have in presenting yourself as a teacher, the more potential you have to earn.

We will be branding our Teachers, and looking to get them EXPOSURE. This will drive STUDENTS to them DIRECTLY in some cases, and they will be receiving the Compensation.

Once you are approved into the program, you will then get access to your backoffice. There you will have your own zoom link as well as training on how to set up your own YouTube channel.

But isn’t homeschooling too expensive?

Up until now, it has been difficult for parents to get private education for their children. The governments wants them to pay for the public schools even if they’re not using them. No help from them to enable the parent to give their children the quality of education they want!

Since the pandemic, more states have allocated funds for Private School homeschooling. Some of them are quite generous. Below is a link to check to see if your state has these funds available. I Get the Idea but How Do We Get Paid?

We all know that good teachers are notoriously underpaid for the value they add to the world. With our plan, you are in control. There is no ceiling on income.

This is not a JOB; this is you controlling your destiny. As an Independent Contractor you determine how much you earn, based on how many classes/students you want to teach. You might be concerned because the classes are limited to 500 students, but you can teach multiple classes, multiple grades so the only real limit is time and your ability to draw in the students. Time to turn on the charm and star in the spotlight!

But that’s not all. Because, you will be part of the FMS vortex platform. Therefore, you gain access to all the other amazing programs here. You are not limited to the teaching platform for earning revenuel You will be able to promote any and all of our inside programs as well to your friends, family and those your ads draw in. This part of the platform is not mandatory. But, it definitely is a big plus if you decide to expand. It’s your business; thus, your earrning potential is virtually the sky is the limit!

Pay Structure for the online teachers program:

• When the Student Accesses a Class, $10 is Credited to the Wallet of the Teacher per student per call per month. So if they are teaching 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00. And so on. Max students per session is 500. By design, this creates a need to go to a different Class or Teacher.
• No Break in pay for the summer. Pay structure set up on a 12-month pay cycle.
• Students permitted to Attend up to 5 Classes Daily in Grades 1 through 8.
• Students Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily in Grades 9 thru 12
• Everything happens in the FMS vortex system. Your zoom classroom fees are covered upon signup. Of course, training for YouTube will be given as well as instruction on the curriculum material.
• Remember too, as part of the FMS vortex platform, you have the ability to earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program.. The potential is there to build a huge customer base, partnerships and teams throughout the world.

Criteria and Requirements:

Our goal here is to make our Private School Education Alternative one of a kind. We strive to make sure our teachers of also one of a kind. They will be exceptional as well as compassionate toward their students Excitement and enthusiasm the hallmark of their program with a lot of love thrown in as well. Looking just to make a paycheck? You need not apply!

The way this program is setup, if you are not exceptional, you will not make the money you are looking for. Remember, your attraction is what will draw the students to you. Although we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher is strictly in your hands. Remember, you get paid per student. Not per class.

Online Teachers Criteria:

1. 4-year degree in teaching
2. Experience teaching. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
3. Love of teaching and willing to give above and beyond the norm. Slackers need not apply.
4. Need to join FMS Vortex through DTCA. This is the payment structure.
5. A YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications and talent to introduce yourself to potential students and families. (Training and instruction provided)
6. Dedication and commitment.
7. Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard. We’re not the traditional school system.

Cost and fees:

We are a non-governmental supported educational facility so we do not get government support to cover the costs of running our Academy. Unlike the hidden costs you pay through your taxes, we have to be transparent about fees. Obviously, some of this is covered by student fees, but others, we ask our teachers to put some “skin” in. But don’t fear, in most cases, these fees will be tax deductable as a cost of doing business.

What fees are involved?

• $50 – Annual enrollment: This is your yearly “Membership Fee” for being part of our program.
• $59.95 – Monthly access fee; Consider this your Union Dues which average about $135/month nationally for the NFT. Our fee includes:

• Your personal zoom account
• Your back office
• All resource materials.
• Security for your student base
• Your payroll dashboard
• The Curriculum for Brainfood Academy
• New and updated information exclusive to the Academy

So, to onboard with Brainfood Academy, if you choose to do so, will cost approximately $109.95 plus tax.
